All prices shown on myu.fi are in euros (€) and include Finnish VAT (25.5%) where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian. We accept payment through the methods available at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you have received an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of pricing errors, stock discrepancies or suspected fraud. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
4. Pre-Orders
Some products may be offered as pre-orders before stock arrives. By placing a pre-order you agree to the estimated shipping timeline stated on the product page at the time of purchase. Pre-order shipping dates are estimates and may be subject to change. You will be notified by email if there is a significant delay.
5. Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped on weekdays. Orders placed after business hours on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Shipping times and carriers are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
6. Returns & Refunds
Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service. Please refer to that page for full details. Under Finnish law (Kuluttajansuojalaki), you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on myu.fi — including images, designs, logos, text and product graphics — is the property of Yoxen Oy and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Finnish law, Yoxen Oy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Finnish courts. As a consumer, you also have the right to bring a complaint to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta) at www.kuluttajariitalautakunta.fi
