RETURNS & EXCHANGES
14-Day Return Policy — Your Right as a Consumer. Under Finnish consumer protection law (Kuluttajansuojalaki), you have the right to return any online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — no reason required.
How to Return
-Contact us within 14 days of delivery at sales@myu.fi with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
-We will confirm your return request and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days
-Pack the item(s) securely in their original condition
-Ship the return to:

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 14 days.
Cancelling an Order (before dispatch)
For in-stock items, you may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for a full refund, including any shipping paid. To cancel, email us at sales@myu.fi with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled and is handled under the return process described above.
Please note: this pre-dispatch cancellation option does not apply to pre-order or early-access launch items. As these products are manufactured to order, pre-order purchases cannot be cancelled or refunded during production or transit. For pre-order items, returns and exchanges become available only after the order has been delivered (see Pre-Order Terms below).
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
-Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
-Unworn, unwashed and unaltered
-In original condition with all tags attached
-Free from odours, stains or signs of use
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer.
Exchanges
We currently process exchanges as a return + new order:
-Return the original item following the steps above
-Place a new order for the correct size or item
If your preferred size is unavailable at the time of exchange, we will issue a full refund.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we will cover all return shipping costs and offer you the choice of a full refund or replacement.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at sales@myu.fi with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
